1. Services

Full Code Studios ("we", "us") provides website design and development services, including landing pages, multi-page websites, and white-label solutions for agencies. All work is custom-built based on your selected package and project brief.

2. Timelines

Typical delivery time is within 2 weeks of receiving all required content. Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the project and client responsiveness.

3. Revisions

We include one round of post-delivery revisions. Additional changes beyond this may be quoted and billed separately.

4. Payments

All projects require a 50% deposit upfront before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon final approval of the completed project and must be paid prior to launch or handover.

Payments are non-refundable once work has started. Additional services, scope changes, or revisions beyond the included round may be quoted and billed separately.

5. Ownership

Upon full payment, the completed website (design + code) becomes the client's property. We retain the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

6. White-Label Projects

For white-label clients, Full Code Studios acts as a silent delivery partner. We will not communicate with your clients or claim credit for the work unless permission is given in writing.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is cancelled after work has started, any payments made are non-refundable. However, we will deliver completed work up to the cancellation point.

8. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use your website once delivered. We take every effort to ensure quality and stability at launch.
